This signed Authority and Mandate pertains to this ‘month to month’ Subscription Agreement.
I hereby authorise you to issue and deliver payment instructions to your Banker for collection against my/our above-mentioned account at my/our above-mentioned Bank (or any other bank or branch to which I/we may transfer my/our account) on condition that the sum of such payment instructions will never exceed my/our obligations as agreed to in the Agreement and commencing on the date chosen on this Agreement and continuing until this Authority and Mandate is terminated by me/us by giving you notice in writing via e-mail to admin@go2.co.za of not less than 1 calendar month.

The individual payment instructions so authorised to be issued must be issued and delivered as follows: monthly

In the event that the payment day falls on a Sunday, or recognised South African public holiday, the payment day will automatically be the preceding ordinary business day.

Payment Instructions due in December may be debited against my account on the last working day of the month

I understand that the withdrawals hereby authorized will be processed through a computerized system provided by the South African Banks and I also understand that details of each withdrawal will be printed on my bank statement. Each transaction will contain a number, which must be included in the said payment instruction and if provided to you should enable you to identify the Agreement. A payment reference is added to this form before the issuing of any payment that will be e-mailed to you.

Mandate
I acknowledge that all payment instructions issued by you shall be treated by my/our above-mentioned Bank as if the instructions have been issued by me personally.

Cancellation
I agree that although this Authority and Mandate may be cancelled by me, such cancellation will not cancel the Agreement. I shall not be entitled to any refund of amounts which you have withdrawn while this Authority was in force, if such amounts were legally owing to you.

Assignment
I acknowledge that this Authority may be ceded or assigned to a third party if the Agreement is also ceded or assigned to that third party, but in the absence of such assignment of the Agreement, this Authority and Mandate cannot be assigned to any third party.

Company terms and conditions

This Agreement can only be terminated after an initial contract period of 3 months and only by cancelling the subscription in writing via e-mail admin@e-card.co.za . All cancellations are subject to a calendar month cancellation notice period in advance after the initial contract period set hereto has run its full course. This contract will revert to a ‘month to month’ type contract after the initial period set hereto. Should a client wish to terminate this contract before the initial period as set in this contract, the cancelation will work in accordance to the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). Any design and development or artwork will remain the property of GO2Places SA (Pty) Ltd (hereafter The Company). All subscriptions are billed in advance as prorate of the date of acceptance of the deal as indicated on this agreement/mandate, or immediately thereafter. Subscriptions are billed on the last working day of every month for as long as this contract is in effect. Subscriptions are subject to increase by 10% levy every year on every 31st of December of any year for the following New Year.
The Client herewith instructs and authorizes Go2places SA (Pty) Ltd to create and host your e-cards link and direct this link to the Go2places database on www.go2.co.za. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted supply of the service beyond our control, nor do we take responsibility for customer data on the public or private network. Clients are advised to keep backups and review their details on the web regularly to ensure complete data integrity. The Company does not take any responsibility for any negative content posted on any platform by the public or any third party whatsoever. The Company will be responsible to rectify any abuse by a third party to a customer platform as per this contract that is in The Company’s power to do so.
The Company shall not be liable for any claims or damages arising from any deficiency of any nature whatsoever in the service supplied, whether such claims or actions arise from the negligence or omissions of The Company, its servants or agents. The Company shall not be liable for any deadline promises not met that is beyond the Company’s control at any time whatsoever. Facilities and services may not be sublet. There will be no refunds of set-up or subscription fees already paid to The Company. All invoices will be delivered via email on clients request only. Clients may request hard copy invoices by normal mail at a fee of R100 per invoice. The client accepts full responsibility for any data published and also undertakes full responsibility of all legal costs that it may incur or inflict on other parties or the service providers as a result of such actions by the client. Clients also undertake to comply with our AUP (Acceptable Usage Policy), which can be viewed online at www.go2.co.za.
